| 摘 要： | 要实现党在现阶段的基本纲领,全面实现社会主义现代化建设的宏伟任务,关键是用邓小平理论武装全党,实践"三个代表"的重要思想,把我们党建设得更好.思想政治建设是我党的优良传统,也是我党保持先进性的先决条件,实践"三个代表"必须加强党的思想政治建设.文章着重从思想政治建设的继承发展性、紧迫性和实效性三方面阐述了加强思想政治工作的重要性,并强调了大力宣传和实践"三个代表"的时代使命感和紧迫感.

| Abstract: | Learning Deng Xiao-Ping's Theory and practicing "Three Represents" are the key to achieve the basic goal of our party at the present stage and realize socialist modernization. Ideological and political construction is a fine tradition and precondition for our party's advancement. The article expounds the significance of ideological and political construction from the three aspects: development, pressure and effectivity and lays stress on the task and urgency of progagating and practicing"Three represents". |
