| 摘 要： | 本文在论述建立县级政府领导班子工作绩效考核指标体系的导向性、科学性、系统性、可行性基本原则的同时,明确了24个考核指标作为定量考核的基础,以达到对县级政府领导班子工作绩效实现定性和定量相结合考核评价这一目标。
