| 摘 要： | 东北大开发是当前中国区域经济发展战略中的一个重要问题 ,东北大开发的核心任务应当是产业结构的调整。从东北当前实际来看 ,产业结构存在的一系列问题制约着东北经济的发展 ,而造成这种状况的原因有历史观念、体制和政策等几个方面 ,因此 ,转变观念、改革原有体制、实施相应的产业政策是提升东北产业结构的重要手段

| Abstract: | Northeast revitalization is the stratagem question of area economic development in current China. The article considers that the core task of northeast revitalization should be industrial structural regulation. From northeast reality, industrial structural problems restrict northeast economic development. The reason lies in the historical ideas, system and policies. So changing idea, reforming inherent system and actualizing industrial policy are the important ways to upgrade northeast industrial structure. |
