| 摘 要： | 中国党政干部制度改革三十年是建立功绩制的理性化和加强党的领导的再政治化两条线索交织发展的过程．这一过程基本上与改革开放的历史保持同步。“理性化一再政治化”模式取得了明显的成效，但也存在着不容忽视的问题，需要我们深入地进行研究。
