论综合性高校中物证技术学的学科构建

司法实践的发展,要求复合型法学人才在具备良好法学理论知识的同时,还需具备基本的物证技术学知识,而物证技术学学科的建设和发展是培养复合型法学人才的根本。在物证技术学的学科构建上,综合性高校应根据自身的学科群建设情况和物证技术学的学科特点,就学科定位、课程设置、实验室建设等问题进行合理规划,并针对目前综合性高校中法学教育的现状及司法实践的需要,结合物证技术学的学科特性对物证技术学建设进行全面改革。

Probe into the Construction of Forensic Science in Universities

With the development of the judicial practice, inter-disciplinary legal talents should not only be proficient in the legal theory, but also understand the forensic science. It is critical to train the talents with the construction and the development of forensic science. Based on the construction of the academic discipline group in universities, the disciplinary orientation, curriculum design and laboratory construction about the forensic science must be programmed reasonably. In the mean time, the reform of the forensic sci- ence should be imposed according to the present situation of the legal education in universities,the demand of the judicial practice and the characteristics of forensic science.
