| 摘 要： | 政府公共警告是一种应对消费风险的社会管理创新方式。目前,我国尚未有关于公共警告的专门法律,政府公共警告的法律依据散见于各层级的规范性法律文件之中。要充分发挥政府公共警告的社会功效,就要确保政府公共警告法制的统一,并在立法中合理确定政府公共警告的主体,明确政府公共警告的排除范围。

| Abstract: | Public warning as a new means of public governance which can be seen in consumption areas in China.At present,there is no special law on public warning.Regulations for the government＇s public warnings could be seen in all levels of normative legal documents.In order to take full advantage of the Government＇s public warning,we should strengthen the legal unity,formulate a reasonable subject articles,and determine the excluded scope. |
