| 摘 要： | 近十年来,我国警务改革有条不紊地进行着。由于各地具体环境等因素的不同,因而导致改革模式的差异。但总体来看,其表现为两种总模式和六种分模式。这些模式实际上涉及到的是侦查机构和侦查人员,即侦查主体的变迁问题。而侦查主体的重构,应该在保障打击犯罪的效率和侦查权行使的公正性情况下依据法律循序渐进地开展,侦查主体的重构反过来又为解决警务改革的实践问题提供了宝贵的经验。

| Abstract: | In recent ten years,China＇s policing reform is in an orderly way. The different factors such as local specific environment lead to the diversities of reform modes. However,they can also be divided into two general patterns and six sub-patterns to study. These patterns involve the change of investigative agencies and personnel（investigative subjects）. The construction of investigative subjects must maintain the ef- ficiency of fighting against crime and fairness of using investigative powers, which should be in accordance with the law and carried out step by step. Reconstruction of investigative subjects,in turn, provides valuable experience to solve the practical issues of policing reform. |
