中英视频监控系统建设与管理比较研究

英国的视频监控系统发展至今,从规划建设、标准认证到管理应用已趋于完善。我国视频监控系统虽发展迅速,但与英国的发展现状相比,我国在建设与管理方面还存在着行业监管薄弱、产品标准化推进缓慢、从业人员的从业态度不够端正和专业技能不高、产品的实用性和后期维护考虑不到位以及企业发展缺乏核心竞争力等不足,我国视频监控系统必须进行改革,才能不断完善和更好地发展。

Comparative Study on Construction .and Management of Video Surveillance System between China and Britain

Britain＇s video surveillance system is most developed, from the planning, standardization to management application. Although the video surveillance system in our country is developing rapidly,it still has many problems in construction and management compared with that of Britain in weak supervision, slow standardization process, the bad attitude and low professional skill, the poor practicality and maintenance and lack of core competence. Reforms must be brought in the construction of video surveillance system in China to make perfections and further developments.
