Abstract:Public security complex area is disordered,exist long-term public security conflicts,Police Reports and cases happened frequently.These regions which have adverse effects for itself development even the surrounding region and social environment.There have complexity,liquidity and extensibility.Urban and rural connecting area is typically public security complex area,take urban and rural connecting area Beiwu Daxing district in Bingjing as an illustration,Daxing district public security sub bureau took multiple measures to administrate there,achieved remarkable results.The long-term effect administer mechanism innovations in public security complex area,it must based on the theory of all facets of public security and community policing,set public security organs as the pioneer,the Party and government's leading and supporting as the backup,cooperate fully with each other,broad participate in social organization and the publics,to accomplish social public order long and steady.
