| 摘 要： | 预防腐败一直是一个世界性的课题,世界各国关于预防腐败的制度和措施多种多样。官员财产申报制度作为其中一种行之有效的方法越来越受到各国的认可。官员财产申报制度的实施对于本国防腐作用是巨大的。"腐败-惩罚"的传统模式被打破,取而代之的是"申报-公示-防腐"的全新模式。

| Abstract: | Prevention of corruption has been a global topic,the world system on the prevention of corruption and measures a wide range officials property declaration system as an effective way in which more and more countries recognized.What official property report system implements,is huge for this defense stale role.The traditional pattern of "rotten-punishes" had been broken,what takes it over is the brand-new pattern of "report-public show-anticorrosive". |
