| 摘 要： | 科研工作在司法警官院校占有重要地位，只有全面提高司法警院科研建设科学化水平，才能使司法警院科研建设走上科学发展的道路，为司法系统培养高素质的人才及提供理论服务。目前，司法警官院校科研科学化建设存在着评价机制、激励机制不完善，管理水平有待提高等问题。分析这些问题并找到问题的原因，才能找到有效的途径，提高司法警官院校科研建设的科学化水平。
