| 摘 要： | 2010年具有中国特色的法律体系的形成，标志着我国的法制建设取得了阶段性的成就。其中，中国特色应当包括以下三个方面：其一，中国特色社会主义法律体系体现了社会主义性质；其二，中国特色社会主义法律体系以社会主义法治理念为指导思想；其三，中国特色社会主义法律体系体现了中华传统文化的和谐思想。

| Abstract: | In 2010, A legal system with Chineses character was formed in china ,which indicated an interim success in our legal construction. As to Chinese character, it mainly includes the following three aspects： first, it embodies socialism; secondly, it is guided by the socialism ideology of rule-of-law; and thirdly, it has absorbed the Chinese traditional culture-- harmonious thought. |
