| 摘 要： | 高校政治文明建设,需要体现人民当家作主这一社会主义政治文明的本质特点,保证教职工群众依法享有当家作主的民主选举、民主决策、民主管理、民主监督的广泛权利。高校教代会各项职权的落实是实现教职工当家作主的有效体现。保证教职工当家作主是高校政治文明建设和构建和谐校园的重要任务。

| Abstract: | The construction of political civilization in colleges and universities need to embody an essential socialist characteristic that people are the masters of their own country and ensure that teaching and administrative staff have rights such as democratic election,democratic decision-making,democratic management,democratic supervision.The various authorities of teachers' congress in colleges and universities are an effective embodiment of realizing the target that teaching and administrative staff are the masters of their own university.Ensuring to realize the target is an important task for the construction of political civilization and harmonious campus in colleges and universities. |
