| 摘 要： | 吏治清明是一个国家政通人和的保证,刑法作为惩治官吏贪贿的重要手段,得到了历代统治者的高度重视。有关贿赂犯罪的立法在朝代的更替之中不断发展和完善,给我们留下了丰富且宝贵的经验。对古代贿赂犯罪罪种设置的考察将有助于我国现行刑法典中贿赂犯罪罪种体系的完善。
