| 摘 要： | 农民工回乡创业是农村剩余劳动力转移发展到一定阶段的必然产物，回乡创业的农民工面临着许多靠自己难以克服的困难和问题。如果这些困难和问题得不到解决，不仅会影响他们创业的成功，而且一旦创业失败，除了使个人利益受损外，还会影响农村经济社会的发展。因此，政府应积极采取措施，大力支持农民工回乡创业，帮助他们走向成功。

| Abstract: | An inevitable consequence of the development of rural surplus labor transfer is the returning to hometown and pioneering business of peasant workers.However,problems exit in the process of entrepreneurship,influencing not only individual peasant worker but also the overall economic development in rural areas.As a result,it is the duty of the government to adopt relevant policies to support the pioneering business of the rural labor. |
