| 摘 要： | 劳动关系的和谐是企业和谐的基础，随着我国经济不断发展及全球金融危机影响的不断显现，劳动关系的矛盾El益突显出来。文章以贵阳市为例，分析了贵阳市企业劳动关系的现状特点，提出了新时期构建和谐劳动关系的对策和建议。
