中国政策科学发展的历程与成就分析

中国政策科学走过了20多年的发展历程,大致分为两个阶段,即20世纪80年代的蕴育开创阶段和20世纪90年代后的快速发展阶段.取得了四大成就:围绕构建具有中国特色的政策科学理论体系发表了大量的学术论文,出版了许多学术著作;学科建设初具规模,研究队伍不断扩大;国内外学术交流日益频繁,学术气氛活跃;不少政策研究组织已经走向市场,产业化步伐加快,对推进决策科学化民主化起了重要的作用.

An Analysis of the Developmental Process and Real Achievement of China''''s Policy Science

Policy science in China is a new discipline, with a history of more than 20 years. It has been generally thought to go through two stages: (1) the initial preparation in the 1980s and (2) the rapid development in the later 1990s. Four great achievements made in policy science are: (1) In terms of theoretical research, a large number of academic essays and translations were published and books printed which are all concerned with the establishing of the systematic policy science with typical Chinese characteristics; (2) in terms of discipline construction, it has taken shape and the research team has expanded gradually; (3) In terms of academic exchange, there are more academic ties at home and abroad; and (4) in terms of the industrialization of the science, some policy organizations are open to market. In short, policy science is playing a more important role in promoting the decision-making science and democracy.
