| 摘 要： | 治安防控主体多元化是治安防控体系发展的趋势,具有深厚的理论基础。治安防控主体从传统的单一制,发展到二元制,逐渐向多元化演变。传统公共管理理论、新公共管理理论、公共物品理论和治理理论为这一演变过程提供了理论支撑。
