| 摘 要： | 上海、宁波、苏州等城市是长江三角洲中的共生城市,也是崛起中的第六城市群地区的主要经济支柱,但它们在总体上都远没有具备被称为“国际中心城市”的资格,而区域文化的相对滞后是主要的制约因素。因而第六城市群在重视促进区域性发展的同时,应首先重视实现以“吴越文化圈”为纽带的区域文化的交流、合作与可持续发展。
