| 摘 要： | 随着计算机和网络技术的发展,网络越来越深入人们的生活。由于网络空间本身的特性,在国际私法领域中,传统的司法管辖权受到了挑战。本文理论与实践相结合,在列举了国内外著名的网络管辖权案例同时,总结、分析了近来各派学者们提出的规制网络管辖权的新型理论,并探讨了应对策略。
