| 摘 要： | 经过五十多年的中国特色社会主义法制建设实践 ,中国共产党逐步搞清楚“什么是社会主义法制 ,怎样建设社会主义法制”这个问题 ,并积累了许多宝贵的经验。这些经验有 :必须坚持党的领导 ;必须把民主建设与法制建设结合起来 ;必须把依法治国与以德治国结合起来 ;必须把法制建设作为一项系统工程来抓 ;必须立足国情 ,建设中国特色的社会主义法制。

| Abstract: | With experience in building the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics for more than fifty years, the CPC gradually learns what the socialist legal system is and how to build the socialist legal system and has summed up much experience as well, which includes: insisting on the leadership of the CPC; combining democratic system with legal system; combining the rule of law with the rule of virtue; regarding the legal development of legal system as a systematic work and building a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics according to the basic situation of China. |
