| 摘 要： | 中国城市更新具有区别于发达国家城市更新的突出特征,这客观上促使中国在该领域的研究具有取得国际话语权的优势条件。为此,本文重点分析了中国城市更新研究取得国际意义的理论贡献所必须解决的基本研究方法和研究视角,并主张在此基础上实现研究的转型,立足中国实践本体的研究,选准我国城市更新研究的突破口,以期取得相应的高水平成果。
