| Abstract: | Since the Chinese economic reform,the development of economic law in China has been rapid.However the study of the basic theory of economic law is still quite weak.In this paper,several issues concerning the status of economic law are investigated in-depth,some popular views among economic law theorists are discussed,and the author’s thoughts are put forward. |
