目前，湖南省公安厅交警总队高速公路管理支队高度重视“三基”工程建设，已经将大量的人力财力应用在科技发展当中。不过，制约湖南交警信息化建设和应用工作的因素仍然存在，因此，我们要抓住此项工程建设的有利时机，加强信息化建设，推动基层基础工作，为队伍管理和执勤执法提供有利的科技服务，从而实现在当前社会信息化主导下交通管理模式的转变。
