论医药购销领域商业贿赂犯罪的刑法规制

近年来,医药购销领域商业贿赂犯罪形势愈发严峻,给整个社会带来了极大危害,急需刑法的有效惩治。但由于我国现行刑法中有关商业贿赂犯罪的法律规定存在着一定的缺失,一定程度上影响了医药购销领域商业贿赂犯罪的刑法规制效果。为此,我们有必要对商业贿赂犯罪的刑事立法缺陷进行相应的完善,以期增强运用刑法打击医药购销领域商业贿赂犯罪的威慑力。

On the Regulations of the Criminal Law against the Commercial Bribery in the Medicine Purchase

Recently,the commercial bribery in the medical purchase is becoming more and more severe,which is a great harm to the whole society.Therefore,there is a desperate need of the criminal law to cope with it effectively.Unfortunately,we cannot achieve this goal because of the existence of leaks concerning how to deal with this situation.Considering it,it is necessary for us to get rid of the existing leaks,with hope to give a full play to the criminal law.
