| 摘 要： | 目的：对高坠现场坠落的最低高度估算，从而确定坠落的起点位置；方法：通过利用人头部力锤冲击试验，结合理论物理的动力学理论进行推导；结果：估算的最低高度与实际高坠案件的高度相差不大；意义：估算出物体坠落的最低高度，对于高坠物体的坠落起点位置的确定，可以为解决民事纠纷提供依据，缩小刑事案件的侦破范围： |

| Abstract: | Objective:the starting point of falling is confirmed by estimating the minimum height of the falling at the spot of high altitude.Methods:by means of impact test which is using hammar hitting head,induce conclusion with the dynamic theory of physics.Conclusion:the little difference between estimated minimum height and the real height of the falling cases.Importane:the estimation of the minimum height of the falling will be helpful for confirming the starting position of the falling providing basis of solvin... |
