| 摘 要： | 历经艰难、曲折探索,我国终于迈上了一条符合中国国情的法制现代化道路。总结建国以来我国法制建设的经验教训,对于加深我国对中国特色的法制建设重要性的理解,坚定地贯彻依法治国方略和党的十六大精神,并为最终实现社会主义法治国家而努力奋斗,具有极其重大的意义。

| Abstract: | China has stepped a legal modernizational road that tallies with China 's national conditions through difficult and tortuous explorations. To sum up e x periences and lessons of legal construction since the founding of our People's R epublic has an important meaning for our understanding of legal construction wit h Chinese characteristics, carrying out our strategy of governing country accord ing to law and the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC and finally r ealizing to build a socialist legal country. |
