试论思想政治工作中的动力原则

思想政治工作实际上就是一门研究和制造"动力"的学科,思想政治工作的主体,有必要了解力学原理,掌握动力原则,把握力的大小、方向、作用点这三个要素,找准施、受契合点,发挥思想政治工作的动力效应,充分调动群体成员积极性,改变原有惯性状态,形成加速度,达到管理效能。

Principle of Motive Force in Ideological and Political Work

Ideological and pocitical work is a science that researches and produces "motive force".If we want to understand its main part,we need to know the knowledge of mechanics and grasp its principles.We should hold three essential elements--the strongth of force,the direction of fore and the point where force acts,and try to find the subject and the object so as to make ideological and political work show its motive force effect.We also need to arouse all the members' enthusiasm in the whole group,and change the state of the internal acceleration so as to improve management efficiently.
