青年亚文化：高校思想政治工作的新载体——以世博会大学生志愿者管理工作为例

青年亚文化是青年所喜爱的文化形态之一,如何将青年亚文化与高校思想政治工作相结合并提高思政工作效果,已逐渐成为当前的研究热点。在上海世博会志愿者管理工作中,沪上各高校通过＂称谓符号化＂、＂交流新颖化＂、＂激励创新化＂等青年亚文化的表现方式,以及由此在世博会大学生志愿者管理、组织、协调工作上所取得的成效,为高校思想政治工作的进一步发展提供了新载体。

Youth Sub-culture: the New Carrier of Ideological and Political Work in Universities——Taking Management Work of University Volunteers Serving the World Expo as an Example

Youth sub-culture is one of the cultural forms loved by the youth.The researchers have focused on how to combine youth sub-culture with ideological and political work in universities and how to improve the effect of the work.In the management work of university volunteers serving Shanghai World Expo,many universities in Shanghai,through the following presentations of youth sub-culture such as ＂symbolized title＂,＂renewed communication＂,＂innovated inspiration＂,and the achievements made in the management,the organization,and the coordination of the volunteers,have provided the new carrier for the further development of ideological and political work.
