| 摘 要： | 生长于民族地区的地方习惯法是民族地区社会关系的主要调整器,为维护民族地区的社会稳定发挥着非常重要的作用。本文在对彝族地区民族习惯广泛考察的基础上,从民族学的视角对彝族地区习惯法的效力渊源进行了深入研究。

| Abstract: | The customary law born in nationality regions is a main adjustor for the social relations in nationality regions and it plays an important role in maintaining the social stability of nationality regions. Based on the investigating the customs of the Dai nationality regions,the author studies the source of validity of customary law in the Dai nationality region from the visual angle of nationality science. |
