| 摘 要： | 政治性和社会性是我国非营利组织的客观属性。非营利组织的政治性主要体现在它所承担的政治职能、秉持的政治取向、积极参与政治的行为、影响公共决策等方面。我国非营利组织的社会性从无到有并逐步增强,但社会性过于贫弱是制约其发展的根本原因。非营利组织发展的关键在于强化政治性中的有利一面和社会性,克服政治性中的不利一面。

| Abstract: | The polity and sociality are objectivity of NPO in our country.The polity of NPO in our country is chiefly embodied in the aspects of NPO assuming some political functions,holding political purpose,taking active part in political affairs and affecting public decision etc.The sociality of NPO in our country is getting gradually stronger,yet the fundamental factors of restricting its shaping lies in too weak sociality.The key point of NPO promotion resides in fortifying sociality and the favorable part of polity and overcoming the unfavorable part of that. |
