| 摘 要： | 根据宁夏经济社会发展的需要和全国铁路发展的态势,宁夏铁路未来的发展应以加快发展为主题,以可持续发展的理念规划路网布局,以高起点进行铁路干线的规划与建设,以干支线协调和区域平衡的举措完善铁路运输网络,以多渠道的资金来源加大铁路建设力度,以多种运输方式共存互补的格局建设综合运输大通道。
