| 摘 要： | 以人为本、执政为民二者是辩证统一的关系,同时也是内容与形式的关系。以人为本、执政为民在反腐倡廉建设中具有重要地位和积极作用。腐败是权力的异化,直接损害党的形象和人民群众的切身利益。开展反腐倡廉建设,必须立足于以人为本、执政为民。
