| Abstract: | Under long term ruling,the party's cadre team faces such the risks as departure from the people,weakness of ruling awareness and appearance of vested interests.Ideological and political construction of the party's cadre team should concern the promotion of purity of the party's cadre team and the party member's ruling awareness,the party's awareness,suffering consciousness and the party spirit during new term. |
