During the term of 'the eleventh five-year plan',the industry of 'one power and five-excellent' has become an important part of Yinchuan's economic strategy,showing its strong leading role.Since the beginning of 'the twelfth five-year plan',they enter in succession the new stage of scale enlargement,structural optimization and level upgrading.Thus,it is important for controlling the development pulse of industry which occupies almost 90% of industrial economic aggregate of Yinchuan.
