| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛在2003年的"七一"讲话中曾经明确提出:要实现人民的愿望,满足人民的需要,维护人民的利益,这是立党为公,执政为民的根本。这提出了一个需要我们党高度重视的重大问题:在改革的历史进程中认真研究和准确把握人民群众首先是工人阶级不断变化中的需要。这是我们党代表人民利益,与人民群众保持密切联系的基本前提之一。

| Abstract: | At the speech on July 1, 2003, Hu jintao, the general secretary of the CPC pointed out that to realize the desire of people, satisfy the need of people, safeguard the interests of people are a basis of establishing the CPC for the public and ruling the country for the people. That put forward an important problem that needs our Party to attach importance to: in the process of reform we should earnestly study and correctly grasp the demand of the masses and working class in transition. That is one of preconditions that the Party represents the interests of the people and keeps close link with the masses. |
