| 摘 要： | 环境公平的实现存在着很多障碍,人类利益中心的价值观及其相关的观念,是影响环境公平实现的重要因素。从环境公平的基本要求出发,分析环境法律公平实现的观念障碍,并提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The realization of environment equity is not only the inevitable request of sustainable development,but also is the important safeguard of its realization.The realization of environment equity has very many hinders.The values of human benefit center and its correlation concepts is the important factor which affects the realization of environment equity.This article embarks from the basic request of environment equity,and emphatically analyzes the concept hinders of environment law equity'realization,and then proposes the corresponding countermeasure. |
