Affiliation:Sanjeev Sridharan, Ph.D., is a Senior Evaluation Specialist at Westat in Rockville, MD. Dr. Sridharan has extensive analytical experience in community and longitudinal evaluations and has worked on a wide range of substantive and evaluation issues, including community collaborative initiatives, juvenile justice and delinquency prevention, substance abuse treatment, criminal justice system reform, and sentencing. His methodological expertise is in spatial econometrics, multilevel models, and time series analysis. Dr. Sridharan is an adjunct faculty at George Mason University. In addition, he consults and trains for the SPSS software company.;David F. Gillespie, Ph.D., is a Professor at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work, Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Gillespie's work has concentrated on organizational theory and research methodology. He has expertise in network analysis, structural equation modeling, and system dynamics. His most recent books are Partnerships for Community Preparedness;, published by the Natural Hazards Research and Applicatons Information Center, and Quantitative Methods in Social Work: State of the Art, edited with Charles Glisson, and published by Haworth Press. He is currently writing a book on Modeling System Solutions in Social Services.
