| 摘 要： | 目前,跟踪审计在许多高校的新校区建设工程中得到广泛应用。跟踪审计的目标是确保质量、控制进度、降低成本、提高投资效益。为确保工程建设的整体效果,应确定建设项目的设计、招投标、合同订立、施工及结算等四个阶段为跟踪审计监督的重点,从而更好的实施工程管理。

| Abstract: | At present, the track audit is adopted wildly in many construction projects of universities. The aim of track audit is to control the progress, reduce the cost, and enhance the investment benefit. To guarantee the effect of engineering construction, we should lay stress on the stages of chasing designs, biding bids, signing contracts, implementation and settlement. |
