| 摘 要： | 邓小平的法治理论,是对马列主义、毛泽东思想的法治理论的继承和发展。十一届三中全会以来,邓小平有中国特色的社会主义法治理论,成为中国新时期法制建设的行动纲领和重要指南。概言之,其法治理论主要包括如下方面:反对人治,主张法治理论;法治要为"经济建设"中心服务理论;民主的制度化、法律化理论;健全社会主义法治理论;借鉴国外法律资源,又切忌照搬照抄理论。
