| 摘 要： | 民主集中制是中国共产党的根本组织制度和领导制度。如何才能更好地贯彻民主集中制原则呢？ 本文认为：深入调查研究是贯彻民主集中制的基本前提；个别酝酿是党的民主集中制的重要环节；充分讨论、集思广益是党的民主集中制的主要方法；集体领导是贯彻民主集中制的关键；正确决策是贯彻民主集中制的灵魂。
