| Abstract: | Ecology civilization construction is the correct choice to carry out the scientific development concept, explore the accord development between human being and nature and realize economic and social development in Guizhou. Therefore, ecological value education must be set up; economic development pattern must be transformed. We must pay special attention to reducing carbon emission and conserving energy to establish the perfect policy and the legal framework at the same time. |
