摘    要:强调终身教育、终身学习的学习化社会的发展对教师素质提出了新要求,要求教师具有全新的教育观念,具有创新精神和终身学习的宏观意识。同时,为适应学习化社会的发展,教师角色应该做出相应转变,从“教授者”向“激励者”转变,从“独奏者”向“导演者”转变,从“管理者”向“引导者”转变。

Abstract:The study society's development that emphasizes lifelong education,lifelong learning proposed the new requests to the teachers' quality,requesting the teacher to have the brand-new education ideas,the innovative spirit and lifelong learning macroscopic consciousness.At the same time,to adapt learning-oriented society's development,the teachers' role should make the corresponding transformation,approaches to "the stimulator" from "professor",approaches to "director" from "the soloist",and approaches to "the guide" from "the superintendent".
