试论学习化社会中教师角色的转变

强调终身教育、终身学习的学习化社会的发展对教师素质提出了新要求，要求教师具有全新的教育观念，具有创新精神和终身学习的宏观意识。同时，为适应学习化社会的发展，教师角色应该做出相应转变，从“教授者”向“激励者”转变，从“独奏者”向“导演者”转变，从“管理者”向“引导者”转变。
