| 摘 要： | 对检察权的定位不准确,导致我国目前检察权配置中存在检察官独立性不够、公诉权不充分、侦查权不完善等诸多问题。根据我国法制建设现状,宜将检察权做双重定位,即法律监督权和司法权。
