| Abstract: | Advancing the dissolving of social contradictions,is not only the important content of the three key work,but also the key to maintain the social stability.This paper,through the summary analysis of the method of criminal reconciliation cases in the phase of prosecution,further clarifies that criminal reconciliation is a good entry point for procuratorial organs to push forward the resolving the social contradictions and should be improved and promoted constantly. |
