涉农惠农领域贪污贿赂犯罪的法律适用问题

In the overall situation of building a moderately prosperous society,the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is always the top priority of the Party’s work.Rural development has been of great concern that policies,efforts and money are inclined to rural areas.But in recent years,with the continuous increase of new rural construction,agriculture-related job-related crimes have shown a trend of increasing rate of cases,the main expansion and the complex form.In order to punish and prevent the crimes committed in the construction of a new socialist countryside,it is necessary to analyze the reasons and characteristics of such crimes,and timely put forward the targeted prevention measures to provide a stable developing environment for the maintenance of rural harmony and stability,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of farmers and promoting the new rural construction.
