| Abstract: | Prosecuting arrest means the criminal coercive measure that the People’s Procuratorate deprive the personal freedom of the suspect for short term in order to protect the criminal proceedings and legal interests from secondary harm,which has a dual property of judicial procedural safeguards and disposal of substantive rights,whose functional value is to punish the crime and protect the human rights. |
