民事法律制度对基层公安工作的价值指引

目前,公安机关在具体工作当中越来越多地应用到了民事基本制度的知识。民事法律制度中的平等原则、权利本位、诚实信用等基本原则对人民警察树立良好的执法理念具有重要的作用,对维护人民警察自身合法利益也具有重要的价值指引功能。因此,研究民事法律制度在公安工作中的地位有助于扭转以往公安工作中"重刑轻民"的传统观念,有助于提高警察的执法素质,从而更好的发挥人民警察为人民的良好作用。
