| 摘 要： | 目前家庭暴力在我国已成为一个社会问题,但立法的不完善导致警察干预家庭暴力缺乏有力的法律依据,而警察对于家庭暴力的认识不足也使其无法有效干预家庭暴力,社会公众的不认可更使警察干预家庭暴力举步维艰。因此,为有效干预家庭暴力应当明确立法中关于家庭暴力的具体标准及警察的执法权限和程序,并加强针对警察的反家庭暴力培训工作。

| Abstract: | At present,domestic violence has become a social problem in China,but the imperfections of the legislation lead the police intervention in domestic violence lack of a strong legal basis.The police lack of knowledge of domestic violence makes it impossible to effectively intervene in domestic violence;and the public does not recognize police intervention in domestic violence which makes it more difficult.Therefore,to effectively intervene in domestic violence should make clear the specific criteria of the legislation on domestic violence and the authority and procedures of police law enforcement,and strengthen the training for police anti-domestic violence. |
