The case of domestic violence is different from the ordinary criminal behavior.In the intervention and disposal process,the police often faced with many practical problems,such as the unclear law,difficult to obtain evidence,the fuzzy demands of the victims.From the analysis of the hazards of domestic violence,combining the law,the paper discussed the practical problems of the police intervention in domestic violence in terms of the basis,disposal and handling domestic violence cases.
